Raj Mahal Suite
The Raj Mahal Suites rival the Rani Mahal Suites in opulence and grandeur, with a hint of masculine overtones. These are all unique 2-bedroom suites reflecting traditional Mewari design and decor. These suites blend vivid colour and rich Mewari art. Colourful Shekhavati hand-painted wall murals depicting Krishna Leela folklore, marble latticework (jalis), colored-glass windows, carved wooden screens and arched entrances with louvred wooden doors, or carved balconies (jharokas) in woodwork or marble create an unrivalled experience.

OUR SUGGESTIONS

This was the suite where the coronation of Maharana Pratap Singh took place to become the 54th Maharana of Mewar of the Sisodia Dynasty after the death of his father, Udai Singh II.

With focus on vivid colour and rich Mewari art, these suites contain an mirror wall akin to the the Glass palace (Sheesh Mahal). The walls are adorned with hand-painted Shekhavati murals.
